I bought a new Honda there a couple of years ago and the experience was wonderful. Juan is a great salesman, and helped me find what I wanted (the best he could despite the chip shortage at the time). I got a fair price on my trade as well. My experience with the finance department during my trade-in was disappointing. However, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in the service team compared to previous years, and my salesperson was satisfactory.

We went to Eskridge to look for a Honda Odyssey. My husband and I were very anxious about the entire experience. We were worried that we would get the typical “pushy car sales men.” That was the farthest from what we experienced there. I Just purchased my Red 2024 Honda Civic EX Sedan. I must say Ray was great at helping me find the payments I was looking for. He made my experience an amazing one along with his Manager Anthony and Finance Dept. (Cannot remember his name) Everything went smooth and Ray kept following up with me (never pushy), answered all my 1000 questions until I was able to come to the dealership. The service department is always friendly and courteous. They are also great about keeping you updated. Prices for just about anything they do though seems extremely high. I was quoted $499 to change sparkplug on my 2017 Ridgeline. I bought the plugs for $70 at autozone and it took me less than one hour to change the plugs myself even though the rear plugs were a bit of pain to get to.

I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. They provided an EXTREMELY competitive price and did not attempt anything dishonest. Rodney and the manager Anthony were extremely responsive and made the experience of purchasing a new vehicle pleasant.
