Called last night because my old car had finally annoyed me enough to want to get a new car. No to be totally open I know my credit was not the best but I called anyways. I talked to Ray and he told me come in he was sure they could help. Well they did I got what I wanted and could not be happier with the way they treated me and my wife. Ray did an outstanding job and Eskridge has just gotten a very loyal customer.

My experience with the finance department during my trade-in was disappointing. However, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in the service team compared to previous years, and my salesperson was satisfactory.

We went to Eskridge to look for a Honda Odyssey. My husband and I were very anxious about the entire experience. We were worried that we would get the typical “pushy car sales men.” That was the farthest from what we experienced there. Never once did we feel pressured or worried we weren’t going to get the best deal for our family. Ray went ABOVE AND BEYOND! We couldn’t recommend Ray and Eskridge team enough!

A little late, but I still wanted to share my experience at Eskridge with their service dept. I had the pleasure of working with Alex who was extremely helpful & diligent throughout the entire time I corresponded with Honda. When my AC first went out it was under recall so the maintenance was comped. However, a year later, it went out again. I took it to Bob Howard Honda & had an awful experience. They tried to charge me & claim that the recall did not apply to my AC this time so I would have to pay out of pocket. Fortunately, I decided to wait until I could get a second opinion & I’m so glad I did! Alex not only assured me that my car would be ready in time for me to have it for work the following day, but he also was very communicative & showed great understanding of my situation. It’s so nice to actually be able to take my car somewhere & not feel ‘taken advantage of’. I would definitely take my car back in the future or recommend others to bring their vehicles as well!!
